- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to Other Statutory Authority (DFARS 208.405-70(b)(1) or DFARS 216.505-70(b)(1)). This award notice is posted for a modification to extend the period of performance of contract W9124A-09-D-0003-0001 and adds additional funds to the contract. The additional funding is to remove drop ceilings in order to install more energy efficient lighting in building 50010. The total contract price is increased by $$18,483.03 to $237,948.03. The period of performance is exended to 01 July 2010.
