- This solicitation is for the Linsinbigler Subsidence in Carbondale, Lackawanna Co., PA. The successful offeror will drill an estimated two coreholes, with a third only being drilled if necessary to make a conclusive determination of mine relatedness. Estimated price range is UNDER $25K. Pre-Bid will be held on May 26, 2010 at 10:00 AM at 203 Gordon Ave., Carbondale, PA. Bids will open on June 2, 2010 in the Wilkes-Barre Office.
