- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. 1. The national Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD), intends to award a bridge sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1), (1)-FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii)(A)- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This award will be made to Perot Systems Government Services, Inc., 8270 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive, Suite 500, Fairfax VA 22031-4514. Perot Systems Government Services, Inc. shall provide Project Management, Systems Operations Maintenance, and System Hosting Services. This action will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) months. The NAICS Code for this Notice is 541511 with a size standard of $25 million. 2. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposals will be available for competitive proposals. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
