- REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease approximately 3800 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with termination rights by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy. Location: Offered properties shall be located within the following delineated area: From the Intersection of I-83 and East Centre Street, West to MLK Blvd., South to I-395, North to Conway Street, East to Light Street, North to East Pratt Street, East to East Falls Ave, South to Aliceanna Street, East to President Street, North to I-83 until intersection with East Centre St. Special Requirements: Locations offered cannot have any Federal, State, or Local law enforcement agencies housed within the same building. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address Rentable and ANSI/BOMA office area Square footage Rental rate Common Area Factor(s) for available space Building Footprint/Floor plans, highlighting available space Owner's Name and Address SUBMIT BY COB June 4, 2010 Submissions by other than the owner of a property must by accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
