- Description
- The General Services Administration seeks to lease approximately 11,500 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 10,000 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office square feet (ABOASF) consisting of 8,000 ABOASF office space and 2,000 ABOASF of warehouse space. The proposed lease is for 10 years (5 years firm). The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Security and Handicapped Accessibility in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the City Limits of Winchester, VA. Other requirements include but are not limited to the following: • Requires one loading dock, • 24/7 access is required for the entire space including parking area, • Building roads must be large enough to accommodate semis, large trucks and trailers, • All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
