- SECHQ1-10-Q-0047, Amendment 0002-Court Reporting Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This announcement constitutes the Request for Quotes; and a separate Request for Quotes will not be issued. The Securities and Exchange Commission has a requirement for reporting/transcribing services for its Washington, DC headquarters and its Regional and Division Offices located throughout the U.S. The period of performance will be from the date of award to one year (base period), and four one year option periods. This advertisement is 100% a Small Business Set-Aside with the size standard of $7 million per year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) Code is 561492 and the acquisition action is under FAR Part 12. Quotes are being requested. A copy of Request for Quotes No. SECHQ1-10-Q-0047 may be downloaded, along with all associated documents, at this site. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses: 52.212-1 “Instructions to Offerors---Commercial Items”, 52.212-3 'Offeror Representations and Certifications---Commercial Items', 52.212-4 'Contract Terms and Conditions---Commercial Items' and 52.212-5 'Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders---Commercial Items”. The Contractor shall provide all facilities, labor, material and equipment. Potential vendors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract. Questions can be addressed to R.
