- Exhibits A thru E PP Questionnaires PP Reference List Performance Plan PWS Carpet SF1449 Notice to Offerors Memo for Proposer The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, materials and labor necessary to perform carpet installation in various base-wide facilities on Yokota AB & Remote Sites, Tama lodge, Tokorozawa, Momote, and Owada on an as ordered basis, except for Government-furnished property and services in paragraph 3 of Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of the PWS. Required License: The Contractor is required to have the following valid license in Japan. Para 1.2.5.2. of PWS - SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1.2.5.2.1. The Contractor shall possess valid "General Construction Business license"（一般建設業許可書） in the category of "Interior Finish Construction Work" （内装仕上げ工事業）to perform carpet installation services in various base-facilities on Yokota AB in conformance with local commercial and industrial standards. Copies of required licenses shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer at or before the offer due time specified in the solicitation.
