- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Forward Hanger Bolts, Qty 2000 (In accordance with Source Control Drawing 639AS6699) this requirement is sole sourced to MS Aerospace, 13928 Balboa Blvd, Sylmar CA, 91342, as the only qualified and approved vendor to produce this part. In order to maintain flight certification, only qualified and certified hardware can be used in this system. Any firms believing that they can provide the Forward Hanger Bolts, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship.
