- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey, Biological Resources Division, S.O. Conte Anadramous Fish Laboratory (CAFL), One Migratory Way, Turner Falls, MA 01376 has a requirement for concrete construction, masonry and sealing repairs. The project encompasses the repair of concrete, masonry and sealant deficiencies, the repair and replacement of several walkways. The projects will also consist of the removal and replacement of concrete curbs, gutter work. Site visits with the Facility manager have been arranged on June 03, 2010, June 10, 2010 and June 17, 2010 at 11:00 AM. All contractors must attend one of the scheduled site visits prior to submitting a proposal. Typical detailed drawings of concrete projects will be available and provided by the Facility Manager during the site visit. Contractor will be asked to provide a minimum of three (3) local references. The contractor must be insured against claims covering worker's compensation, property damage and personal liability. Contractor must be properly licensed and bonded in the state of Massachusetts. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform all work under this project. RFQ 10ERQQ0355 will be issued on or about May 27, 2010 with written quotes due on or about July 6, 2010. The NAICS Code is 238990. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The cost range of this project is between $70,000.00 and $90,000.00.The anticipated award date of the contract is July 12, 2009. A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the government, using the best value concept, price and technical and other factors considered.
