- RECOVERY. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for the hand pull and/or weed-eat of 74 acres with a string trimmer black mustard (brassica nigra) and short-pod mustard (Hirschfeldia incana) and hauling the material to a dumpster 1.5 to 2.0 miles away. Location of Project: Steele Peak area of western Riverside County. The project is located south of Santa Rose Mine Road, east of Interstate 215 near Perris, west of Lake Elsinore, and north of Highway 74. Contract will be awarded based on BEST VALUE.
