- VA-260-10-RQ-0620 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Puget Sound Health Care System, American Lake Division, Tacoma, WA intends to solicit quotes for a contractor to Provide and Deliver Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Solution throughout the State of Washington and the Pacific Northwest. A complete Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) number is VA-260-10-RQ-0620. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price requirements contract. This procurement is Unrestricted (open to BOTH large and small businesses). The applicable NAICS code is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. 3. The anticipated period of performance is from August 1, 2010 to July 31, 2011 for a base period, plus four (4) one-year option periods. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is June 4, 2010 and the anticipated closing date is June 30, 2010. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that they are registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database http://www.ccr.gov/ and ensure that the applicable NAICS code 325412 is included in the CCR profile prior to submission of bids. 6.
