- The contractor shall provide a Green Tissue Program at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to all facilities in the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS). TVHS is an integrated healthcare system comprised of Medical Centers, the Alvin C. York Campus in Murfreesboro, TN, and the Nashville Campus in Nashville, TN, and many community based outpatient clinics located in Tennessee (Charlotte Avenue, Chattanooga, Clarksville, Tullahoma, McMinnville, Cookeville, Vine Hill and Dover), and Kentucky (Fort Campbell, Hopkinsville, and Bowling Green). The contractor may be requested to provide services for all facilities within TVHS, and there is a possibility of expanding the contract to all facilities within the VISN 9 region. The contract period will be for a base year and four (4) one-year options to renew. Contract is expected to start 10/1/2010. This will be unrestricted commercial item procurement. The following clauses, provisions and addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications; 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions; and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. NAICS: 424130. The solicitation will be posted o/a May 26, 2010 on the FedBizOpps website. All amendments and other documents will be downloaded from this site without further notice by the VA.
