- The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Office of Telecommunications and Information Applications (OTIA), the Public Telecommunications Facilities Program (PTFP) requires the services of a Public Telecommunications Expert to assist in a thorough review and evaluation of applications for funding and to provide recommendations to the program officers and the Associate Administrator, OTIA. The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) intend to negotiate on a sole source bases with Ralph Mlaska. The contractor will assist in a thorough review and evaluation of applications for funding and to provide recommendations to the program officers and the Associate Administrator, OTIA. The total duration of this contract, shall not exceed thirty-six (36) months. This is not a request for competitive proposal; however interested companies may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement with cost information within 10 days from the posting of this notice to Alisa.Sydnor @ noaa.gov or fax to 301-713-0809. A determination by the Government not to open competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government, Reference: NTIA4340-10-09583 in your response.
