Description

Draft Operational Requirements Table This is not a solicitation. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is for the Federal Motor Carrier Administration's (FMCSA's) National Training Center (NTC) to conduct market research and determine how to proceed in an acquisition process through an initial screening of commercial off the shelf (COTS) Learning Management Systems (LMS). FMCSA's NTC has a particular interest in ensuring that efficiencies are established by initially conducting a rapid screening of several LMS to identify a follow-on application. The intent of this RFI is to receive ideas for a potential LMS application and gain an understanding of the level of effort necessary to put it in-place. Interested parties should email their capabilities statements in accordance with the attached draft Operational Requirement Table to Kevin.bright@dot.gov no later than June 4, 2010 at 11:59PM EST. Please note that any cost associated in response to this RFI will not be reimbursed by the Government.
