- The 19th Airlift Wing, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099 intends to issue an Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed price contract to provide all services, plant, labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, design and other items necessary for the design and construction in connection with Project NKAK 08-6610 Flight Line Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program. The design-build firm is required to provide all services necessary for the design and construction of this project. This project is to repair/rehab existing wastewater sewer facilities to reduce infiltration. Project includes repairing/replacing storm sewer lines, sewer manholes, main sewer lines and service lines. The Design-Build firm shall be responsible for any surveys, excavations, leakage tests, field investigations, and any other tests required for a complete design and construction of this project. The Design-Build firm is responsible for locating all utilities in the area of construction, and for accommodating or modifying them, as required for the construction of this project. The Design-Build firm is responsible for demolition of existing features associated with this project.
