- ADVERTISEMENT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SPACE NAS PATUXENT RIVER MDU.S. NAVY SEEKS TO LEASE award multiple leases for one yearwith four additional renewals:1. LI-11428: Approx. 14,500 to 15,250 SF of office spacew/103 dedicated parking spaces required;2. LI-11429: Approx. 17,000 to 17,500 SF of office spacew/161 dedicated parking spaces required;3. LI-11482: Approximately 20,000 to 20,500 SF of officespace w/120 dedicated parking spaces required; and may reserve the right to award additional leases using this Solicitation for Offers as required. All of the above space must be located in existing building(s)of sound and substantial construction, which meet ADAAG and UFAS. Space must comply with Department of Defense Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Standards described in the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4-010-01; otherwise, DoD personnel occupancy must be less than 25% of the gross square footage area of the building(s) throughout the lease term. Space must be located within an eight (8) mile radius of Naval Air Station Patuxent River Gate 1. Gate 1 is located at the intersection of MD 235 and Pegg/Buse Road in Lexington Park,Maryland, Saint Mary's County.
