- DD254 Attachment 3 - Past Performance Information Attachment 2 - Pricing Summary Attachment 1 - Proposal Intent Letter Statement of Work Solicitation DIA has a requirement for a small business set aside contract to acquire materials and services to assemble shelterized capabilities Government owned HELAM shelters and configure a work shop with shipping and staging areas; camouflage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) which will be audio/visual equipment devices. The successful contractor will be required to furnish all non-government issued material, equipment, and personnel necessary to accomplish the requirements in the Statement of Work. This contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The Government intends to make one award if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Any resultant contract will be for one year with two optional tasks that, if exercised, will be exercised via a contract modification. The optional tasks may be exercised within the time frame specified in the resultant contract at the sole discretion of the Government subject to the availability of funds and/or satisfaction of the contractor's performance under the subject contract. All contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Those vendors interested in this acquisition must have an existing, valid SECRET facility clearance. Interested vendors shall certify that they have the required Facility Clearance and provide the Section L Attachment 1 - Proposal Intent Response Sheet by 4:00 PM EST on Tuesday, 8 June 2010. All questions, comments and requests for information shall be submitted via e-mail to susan.mumford@dia.mil and katelyn.clarke@dia.mil on or before 4:00 on Tuesday, 8 June 2010. Proposal submissions are due on or before 12:00 PM (noon) EST on Friday, 25 June 2010. (See Section L for delivery requirements)
