- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the inspection, upgrade, test and return of 450 Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) phones. All STE's shall be updated to software version 2.6. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order based on best value in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to L-3 Communications. A justification is on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability and Past Performance. Responses shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. All respondents will be considered by this agency. Closing date is May 27, 2010 at 10:00am EST.
