This is a solicitation notice to for construction services to provide fencing installation. The successful offeror will be required to furnish all labor, tools, materials, & equipment to complete repair and installation of various fences at Lackland AFB, Lackland Training Annex, Kelly Field Annex, Wilford Hall Medical Center, and Air Base Ground Defense at Camp Bullis, San Antonio, TX. The government reserves the right with this contract to execute delivery orders beyond the primary locations listed above to include any military installation within the greater San Antonio area. Period of Performance and Magnitude: The magnitude for this requirement is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The period of performance is one (1) base year (365 calendar days), with four (4) option year periods consisting of one (1) year each. The contract total ceiling is not to exceed $10,000,000.00. The guaranteed minimum is $5,000.00 for the life of the contract. The minimum amount per task order is $1,000.00; the maximum amount per task order is $2,000,000.00. GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTION: For this procurement, it has been determined that competition will be limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the SBA San Antonio District Office, and other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business within the geographical competitive area, and the assigned North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990 (All other specialty contractors) with a small business size standard of $14,000,000.00. All other 8(a) SB Participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The Davis-Bacon Act applies to this requirement. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), must have a DUNS number, and a Tax ID number.
