Lease Term: 15 Years, 10 Years Firm Delineated Area: Point of Beginning: Route 81 & Route 322 South on Route 322 to Route 76 West on Route 76 to Route 83 South on Route 83 to Route 262 West on Route 262 to Lisburn/Route 114 Southwest on Route 114/Lisburn Road to Route 81 Southwest on Route 81 to Allen Route/Route 465 North on Route 465/Allen Road to Newville Road West on Newville Road to Meadowbrook Road North on Meadowbrook Road to Route 76/PA Turnpike Northeast on Route 76/PA Turnpike to Route 81 Continue Northeast on Route 81 to POB WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Location and address, square footage, floor plans and any additional pertinent information.
