- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the CMS Enterprise Data Center indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract. This IDIQ contract was competitively awarded in 2006. CMS has issued a competitive task order award to provide hosting for the National Level Repository in support of the Health Information Technology provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Repository will store registration information, meaningful use attestations, and payment information of incentive payment program participants. The task order will encompass Repository operations, program management and general support, shared infrastructure support, collaboration with Repository contractors and incentive payment program participants, and backup storage of Repository application files.
