- The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question posed by a potential quoter. Question: "The specification states a dynamic and static testing requirement. However, only a static loading rate is specified (“Minimum Test Displacement Rate: not greater than 0.005 mm/s”). What is the required cyclic frequency and displacement needed for the dynamic test?" Answer: Minimum range of frequency: 0.00001 Hz to 100 Hz Minimum Displacement: +/- 2.0 mm All other terms and conditions of the solicitation (including closing date and time) remain unchanged and in full effect.
