Description
Competitive Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) and the reference number is FA7012-10-T-0033. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-41. The North American Industry Classification System code is 485510 with a business size standard of $7.0 million. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for small business. After sweep, buses shall proceed to air terminal to pickup personnel. At 14:50 buses depart air terminal and transport personnel to the Pentagon. At 16:30 personnel shall depart pentagon and be transported to the Willard Intercontinental Hotel. At 18:00 buses shall depart the hotel and proceed to the Bolling Air Force Base Officers Club. At 20:00 buses shall depart the Officers Club and proceed to the Bolling AFB Ceremonial Lawn. At 21:30 buses shall depart Ceremonial Lawn and transported personnel back to the Willard Intercontinental Hotel. At 22:00 Buses are released for the day. Full delegation At 17:45 three (3) buses shall arrive at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel At 18:15 buses shall depart from the Willard Intercontinental Hotel and proceed to the National Museum for Women in the Arts. At 21:30 all three (3) buses shall depart for Willard Intercontinental Hotel. At 11:30 all buses are released. 1.0 Notice to Contractors: 1.1 The contractor must provide the name, Social Security number, date of birth, and copy of current Driver's license to Mr. Tim Stern at fax number 240-857-4644. This must be provided within forty-eight hours after the contract is awarded. Any changes in vehicle operators must be coordinated with Mr. Stern prior to arrival as work assignment. 1.2 All drivers must be presentable in proper business work attire (uniform or shirt and tie). 1.3 Vehicle operators are advised to bring sufficient food and drinks for the workday schedule as they cannot leave the vehicle during the schedule workday. 1.4 All buses must be 2005 or newer with working toilets and intercom systems.
