- Redacted J&A for sole source. The 275 AMW Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source contract to Dun and Bradstreet, by other than full and open competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2). A subscription to Dun and Bradstreet provides 375 AMC/A3B access to financial reports on commercial carriers in a timely manner not provided by any other service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611. This is not considered a Request For Quote (RFQ). Dun and Bradstreet is the only known source for this requirement. The proposed sole source requirement will be for a one year base period from 06 Aug 10 through 06 Aug 11 and four one year option periods with the final option ending 05 Aug 15.
