- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV requires the provisions of community transitional housing and related social services as described in the statement of work, solicitation to be issued on 05262010. Facility shall be located within the tristate area of Jefferson/Morgan or Berkeley County, WV only. Contract will be a base period and four (4) one-year option periods subject to the availability of funds. Technical Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with the FAR clause at 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items (JAN 1999). The solicitation is for full and open competition. NAISC code: 624229 Size Standard $7.0 million. No facsimile proposals will be allowed. Mail the technical proposal and price proposal to the addressed contained in Block 9 of the SF1442, page 1 of the solicitation.
