- Description
- The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) anticipates issuing a Two-Phase Request for the Interior Rehabilitation of East & West House Underground Garages. Each garage is one phase (1 year construction duration) with a total of two (2) year renovation duration, approximately. EHUG is the first phase of the two phase rehabilitation project to minimize the impact due to the temporary loss of the parking space. The second phase, West Underground Garages, will be an option. Each phase will consist of demolition, remove and refurbish, hazardous waste, and new work. Contract will be awarded using best value procedures. A Site visit time and date will be determined at issuance of the solicitation. Award will be made by September 30, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on AOC’s website, www.aoc.gov, on or about June 15, 2010. When on the website select “Doing Business with the AOC”, then “Procurement Opportunities” to download the solicitation. Drawings will not be posted online.
