- Physician RFQ Bid Packet Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is soliciting cost proposals from qualified Physician professionals to provide subcontracted Physician services to Cincinnati Job Corps students (16-24 yrs old) at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center. The Physician subcontract will be awarded for the base term period covering September 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 with three (1 year) pre-priced option years. BID CLOSING DATE IS: JUNE 30, 2010 AT 5:00 p.m. EASTERN TIME. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor.
