- This synopsis is for a firm-fixed price contract for wire caging to be delivered and installed at the 519 th Combat Service Support Battalion, Hulman Airfield Base, 949 South Petercheff St., Building 1, Terre Haute, IN. 47803. All Vendors must coordinate with SSG Stamper (260) 687-9490, email: Raymond.stamper@us.army.mil, to schedule a site visit and obtain their own accurate measurements. All items need to be delivered and installed within 30 days of contract award. Proposals will be submitted at the Contracting Officers address via email. The solicitation will be posted electronically and may be viewed at: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation package will be issued via the web only. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. All potential offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ All firms must identify the status of their firm as a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, emerging small business, 8(a) business, woman owned business, or veteran owned business.
