Description: The Regional Contracting Office, National Capital Region (RCO-NCR), Marine Corps' Training and Education Command (TECOM), Marine Corps Base (MCB), Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the procurement to provide basic and advanced Combat Trauma Training (CTT), including Live Tissue Training (LTT) to US Navy (USN) medical personnel assigned to the Marine Corps and to selected Marines as part of their pre-deployment training. The Contractor shall provide technical support to TECOM to standardize training to improve CTT skills, as well as provide Subject Matter Experts (SME's) for the implementation and execution of a basic and advanced CTT program Marine Corps-wide. This training iterations include didactic education and practical application classes, as well as exercises to test CTT skills under a variety of scenarios. Solicitation will be posted within the next several weeks. The period of performance will be specified in the solicitation. This will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement.
