- Purchase Request number IQC10120009012, NSN 4010-01-200-1506, CHAIN ASSEMBLY, SINGLE LEG. The item is to be utilized on the HEAVY EXPANDED MOBILITY TACTICAL (HEMIT) TRUCK. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0872; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 315 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 315 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 1260 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 1260 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 2520 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/W approved sources – COLUMBUS MCKINNON CORPORATION, CAGE 2H856, part number S885913, OSHKOSH CORPORATION, CAGE 45152, part number 1452490 and COOPER INDUSTRIES INC CAMPBELL, CAGE 80535, part number 00044-9971. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 45 days ARO. This procurement consists a surge and sustainment requirement with a MWR quantity of 189 each.. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is June 11, 2010 & closing date of July 12, 2010.
