- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)- Office of Acquisition Management, Dallas, Texas intends to award a contract to Berla Corporation for the continuation of the CFA Program to provide (40) Blackthorn2 Global Positioning System devices, upgrade services/technical support, and training certifications pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
