- In an effort to determine the competitiveness of my pricing, I was wondering if you had the prior price history for these items? Please refer to the Freedom of Information Act at http://www.ssa.gov/foia/html/foia_guide.htm. You may search for the price of past awards on this website. The last time SSA fulfilled this requirement it was for much higher quantities of supplies, so the total number will be very different. I cannot divulge the unit pricing of the past order. What is the final deadline to respond to this solicitation? Friday May 28th, 2010 NOTE: All questions must be asked by Wed. May 26 by 12 Noon. No questions will be answered after this time. Questions from May 26, 2010: 1. What is the deadline? - the deadline is May 28, 2010 2. A contractor had confusion about the Buy American Act, because not all of the items required are manufactured in the U.S. - Please simply provide the country of the end product for each item you are quoting. Also, please make sure that all questions on the reps and certs are filled out in reference to country of origin, etc.
