- Additional Requirements This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 332410 applies to this procurement. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation which will be considered. All qualified small business sources interested in this requirement should submit quotes along with Point of Contact information to: C. Paul Preece, Supervisory Contract Specialist at cpreece@bop.gov This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-40, 22 April, 2010, Place of Performance: FCI Ashland, KY Price should be FOB Destination (FCI Ashland, State Route 716, Ashland, KY 41101) In addition to price and delivery; quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Request delivery date is 30 days ARO CLIN 0001, Purchase of one (1) Industrial Steam Model 10SF5-CS Steam Flow Deaerator with expanded storage and deaeration sections. Deaerator must have a recycle mode of operation for full load deaeration. The system must be completely piped and wired ready for field connections.
