- Description
- RECOVERY: This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject tot he requirements of the act. The project consists of installing 29 new flow meters and installing 10 new chlorinators throughout the Sierra National Forest. Work consists of, but is not limited to, electrical wiring, plumbing, concrete slab construction (if applicable), well house building construction (if applicable), disinfecting of water distribution, and any miscellaneous work involved with this project. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment and services requried for the contract completition. Specifications, maps and drawings will be available on www.fbo.gov on or around June 9, 2010. This project is located on the Sierra National Forest. Project sites are located at Forest Service campground and work sites. Estimated date to start work is June 2010. Completion of work, August 2010. The government estimate is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00 No pre-bid meeting will be scheduled. Bidders may request information and directions to the site by contacting Ed Dietz at (559) 297-0706, ext. 4871 at the Supervisor's Office, Sierra National Forest, 1600 Tollhouse Road, Clovis, CA 93611, between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday (except legal holidays).
