- NOTICE OF INTENT -- Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to issue one sole source award for a firm fixed priced simplified acquisition procurement purchase order to SoilVision Systems Ltd located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, CANADA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
