- The purpose of this requirement is to seek a qualified vendor to provide construction services for major sustainment and seismic mitigation to restore and upgrade the Athens Georgia Air Traffic Control Tower, Athens Georgia, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems, structural steel, roofing systems, and interior finishes as per attached Atlanta terminal engineering center drawing series and specifications. This is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million. All companies submitting a proposal must be registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Data Base at http://www.ccr.gov. The FAA intends to award one (1) firm fixed price contract.
