- Notice of Intent to Sole Source. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a sole source contract to Leica Microsystems, Inc. in a total contract amount of $22,100.00 for the following service: CLIN 0001 “ The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance on a Confocal Microscope (Mai Tai) to include one (1) preventative maintenance inspection and emergency service including parts, labor, and transportation, as required.
