- The solicitation document. The wage determination. The statement of work. This Request For Quote (RFQ) shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and wage determination. PLEASE NOTE THAT A SITE VISIT IS REQUIRED. See page 2 of the RFQ document for contact information. All technical questions should be asked while on your site visit. Please be sure to follow the instructions listed on page 2 ("Offerors are to return the following information") of the RFQ document. Please keep in mind when submitting your quote that the work shall be completed no later than 8 weeks after the date of award.
