- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912JD-10-Q-2002, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 334112 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 0001 Martin Enclosures, dual circuit power strip., Revision A, 11/16/06. description: Dual Circuit 220v 30a vertical strip, Special box size: 2.00 wide x 1.75 high x 75.00 - includes side mounting holes on the LH Side - includes end tabs for alternate mounting - (2)6Ft cords with L6-30plugs - (48) IEC320 C13 receptacles, (24) per circuit. Each circuit is wired in (6) groups of (4) outlets per group -(24) 10A circuit breakers, (2) per outlet group - Color : Black MFG: Martin International Enclosures (Brand Name only) MFG P/N # PSM7524-2C220-1 QTY: 22 EACH 0002- Martin Enclosures Aluminum Extruded Door frame with perforated steel screen for complete ventilation, lockable swing handle. Description: - two (2) Female hinges - One (1)SD Catch bracket and mounting hardware - Color: Patina MFG: Martin International Enclosures (Brand Name only) MFG P/N # LD7724CCRD QTY: 2 EACH Items shall be delivered and received by 2 July 2010. FOB: Destination for delivery to: MAINE AIR NATIONAL GUARD GDSS 50 WESTERN AVE. S.
