- The Department of the Army, Misson Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to Hawaii Modular Space, 91-282 Kalaeloa Blvd Kapolei, HI 96707, a contractor for mobile office trailers. The 56X12 mobile office trailer needed for this requirement is necessary for a scheduled mission for White Sands Missile Range and any delay in delivery would severely impact the outcome of the mission. Hawaii Modular Space is the only company available on the island of Kauai with mobile offices available at this point in time. A shipment from another company located elsewhere would delay the delivery schedule of 1 week significantly. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement must submit a capability statement by 3:30 pm MT 26 May 2010. Point of contact for this notice is Jennifer L.
