- The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, Billings MT has a commercial service acquisition for Cultural Resource Work to incorporate preparation of a Data Recovery Plan, archaeological excavation of historic period archaeological materials at Headworks Camp/Gate Tender residence at the Lower Yellowstone Project near Intake, Dawson County, MT, completion of a brief letter report on the excavations, completion of a draft and final report on the archaeological excavations, cataloging of archaeological collections and preparation for curation, and drafting text and assembling photographs and other materials for interpretive panels or signs on the history and/or archaeology of the Lower Yellowstone Project to be produced and erected by Reclamation near the Intake Diversion Dam. The requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (SAP) and is set-aside for small businesses. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 541720 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7M. It is anticipated that a Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about June 7, 2010 and the date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about June 22, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. MST; however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. A RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce, and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. R10PS60370 will be issued via www.fbo.gov at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after June 7, 2010 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. You will need your Duns & Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered.
