Description

Sole Source JA attached The 375 AMW Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source contract to CQ-Roll Call, INC., by other than full and open competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2). A subscription to Congressional Quarterly-Roll Call, INC. gives the AMC Commander and staff access to all defense-related hearing transcripts, reports, and legislation in a timely manner not provided by any other service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511120. This is not considered a Request for Quote (RFQ). CQ-Roll Call, INC. is the only known source for this requirement. The proposed sole source requirement will be for the period 30 Sept 2010 through 30 Sept 2011.
