- Draft Purchase Description for Filter Separator Draft Purchase Description for Plumbing Assembly Draft Purchase Description for Servicing Platform Draft Purchase Description for Pumping Unit Request for Industry Review Document WR-ALC/Robins AFB GA requests that industry sources in the fuels dispensing business review the four DRAFT purchase descriptions associated with the Fuels Operational Readiness Capability Equipment (FORCE) program as well as the industry Information survey. This is a program that allows for fuel transfer and aircraft fueling at the organizational level. It is deployable for bare base flightline operation and worldwide use. Industry sources are encouraged to participate in this preliminary market research. Responses are requested by 22 June 2010.
