- Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Pre-Solicitation Conference Solicitation Number: VA118-10-RP-0052 Date: June 8, 2010 This announcement is released by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), Eatontown, New Jersey, to provide notification of the upcoming Pre-Solicitation Conference to be held on June 8th, 2010. The objective of this event is to provide information for the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Program final solicitation, specifically the proposal submission requirements, basis of award, and provisions (terms and conditions to resultant contract). This will be a one-day event, which will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pollak Auditorium, Monmouth University, West Long Branch, New Jersey. Monmouth University is located at 400 Cedar Avenue, West Long Branch, NJ 07764. The doors will open at 8:00 a.m. for registration and networking. Companies of all sizes are invited, however you must register to attend. There will be a maximum of 2 attendees per company. No walk-ins allowed. Registration will be limited by room size on a first-come first served basis. All Pre-Solicitation Conference information (briefings, follow up Q&A, attendee list) will be posted to the following website: http://www1.va.gov/oamm/oa/tac/. Please continue to check the website periodically for updates and additional information. To register for the Pre-Solicitation Conference, please complete the Registration form provided below and email to T4Industryday@va.gov. The subject line should clearly read: "Registration for T4 Pre-Solicitation Conference." No responses will be considered after June 4, 2010. Registration is not complete until you receive an email confirmation from T4Industryday@va.gov. Please bring a copy of the confirmation email for entry into the Pre-Solicitation Conference. All registration and general questions regarding the Pre-Solicitation Conference should be directed to Joe Pignataro at (732) 578-5544 or T4Industryday@va.gov. All email inquiries regarding the conference should clearly read in the subject line: "Registration for T4 Pre-Solicitation Conference." All questions submitted will be answered in writing. Currently, the Government posted the DRAFT solicitation on May 21, 2010. A question and answer period is open regarding the DRAFT solicitation up to June 10, 2010. All questions submitted during this period will be addressed at the Pre-Solicitation Conference, therefore, the Government recommends submitting questions in advance of the Pre-Solicitation Conference at theT4 industry mailbox, T4Industryday@va.gov, and subject line shall read "Questions in response to DRAFT T4 RFP", as noted in the FBO announcement.
