- Place of Performance Clause Representations & Certifications Cover Letter for CT2016-10 Solicitation Document CT2016-10 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2016-10. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. The North American Industry Classification System, NAICS is 313221 (Narrow Fabric Mills) and size standard is 500. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, Requirements type contract for delivery to FCI Englewood, CO., FCI Miami, FL, USP Pollock, LA., FCI Waseca, MN & USP Lee County, VA.. The period of performance shall be three (3) years from date of award. The products are commercial items, webbing to be used in the manufacture of various military garments in the five factories listed above. Complete descriptions of each item are in Section B Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs.
