- Below are the answers to questions that have been asked: 1.) Scope of Work: I noticed there is a approximate amount of hours (26) listed per month, I understand that this is a approximation but I would like to know if there is a cap in the number of hours per month? We anticipate that the number of hours listed in the SOW is appropriate. a. What happens if the number of hours per month increases intermittently during the duration of the contract? We will monitor the effort throughout the life of the purchase order and if adjustments are needed then a determination will be made. 2.) Report Preparation Requirement: What format will be required for preparing the reports? a. How often will the reports be required to be submitted during the term? b. Is the report preparation time included in the approximation of 26 hours per month? Monthly reporting is required and is included in the hours per month.
