- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Coleman located in Coleman, Florida, intends to award a sole source procurement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Global Sector Services, Inc., 1880 Lakeland Drive, Jackson, MS 39216 for the provision of Unarmed Guard Services for FCC Coleman. The period of performance is from June 1, 2020 until a new contract is solicited and awarded. The NAICS code is 561612. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. Any firm who believes it can meet the requirements may provide written notification to the contracting officer by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, May 28, 2010. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to supply services that will meet the requirement in a satisfactory manner and show competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses received will evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining wheter to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested firms must provide a Capability Statement with the following information. Company name, address, point of contact, telephone and fax number, e-mail address, business size and DUNS number. If no responses are received the Government will proceed with the sole source procurement to Global Sector Services, Inc. Responses may be faxed by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in the notice it will not be considered. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit written notification to the contracting office for which they are eligible.
