- FOR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS MARKET SURVEY PLEASE CONTACT Let Chin, Production Engineer, (732) 532-7132 OR at e-mail Let.chin@us.army.mil DESC This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources of supply for (24) twenty-four Fiber Cable Assembly, NSN: 6020-02-487-2118. This item is only defined by the National Stock Numbers (NSN: 6020-02-487-2118) and P/Ns: (A2-4000-SC-5 (FSCM: OYPM2, FIBER SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC.) and TF2-01-SC-5 (FSCM: 1HVU5, Stran Technologies, Inc)) Detailed technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of this item is NOT available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate, by writing to: Commander, CECOM, ATTN: RDER-PRC-CM (LChin), Building 1202W, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey 07703-5023. Response via electronic media using Microsoft Office 2000 products (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat (Portable Document Format) is acceptable and preferable. The response must include documentation such as test results with supporting technical data, or a statement from the above sources that the supplier can, in fact, supply these items that will be form, fit and physically, and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the fiber cables from the existing suppliers. Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Government and be delivered on time.
