- TITLE/BRIEF DESCRIPTION: TRIM Software Perpetual Licenses and Help Desk Support SAID NUMBER: 103508707271 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: August 1, 2010 - July 31, 2011 CONTRACT TYPE: Firm Fixed Price STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Project Overview FEMA Mitigation Division is seeking perpetual licenses and helpdesk support for TRIM Regions and Headquarters personnel. 2. Statement of Work (SOW) Assist FEMA with the following tasks to meet its maintenance and upgrade objectives for the scope of work under this SOW: Annual Upgrade/Maintenance: The Core Maintenance is provided for the number of current seat licenses purchased (320). Included is the Guest Gateway Logins, Workflow, Document Content Indexing, Workgroup Document Caching, Space Management and ice. 3. Completion Criteria The work performed under this SOW will be complete when the services described herein are delivered. Approval via email will be required prior to the commencement of work defined in this SOW. 4. Terms of Engagement This engagement is offered on a Firm Fixed Price basis. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date.
