- PR# 0025547674, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 06-09-2010/CLOSING DATE 07-09-2010. This solicitation is to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 10 each for stock of NSN 1615-01-578-4313, Parts Kit, Gearbox. No option is included. Item Description is in accordance with Sikorsky aircraft CAGE 78286, P/N 65351-11535-044. Sikorsky is the only approved source of supply. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation, Letter RFP, with the intention of placing this item on an existing BOA. This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This item is configuration controlled, a critical application item, and a Navy critical safety item. PRLI 0001, QTY 10 each ship to New Cumberland, PA 17070. The following terms apply: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 200 days or best attainable. A technical data package is not available for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
